Happy Holidays from FRRP

Happy Holidays from all of us at the FRRP.
We wanted to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who has supported us over 2023. It has been a year of learning, growth, success, failure, revision, and so much more. We have so many hopes for this program, and we can’t wait to get more people outside in 2024.

For those of you who are working over the holidays, thank you, and stay safe.

We also recognize that the holidays can be hard. For those of you who are struggling, remember that your feelings are valid, and that no amount of holiday cheer can overwrite the fact that no one calls first responders when they are having a good day, so the holidays can’t be expected to offer reprieve for the bad calls, past or present.

Rmember that reaching out is a courageous act and we are proud of you. Our friends at Boots on the Ground Alberta and Boots on the Ground are working too and ready to answer your call. If you’re in Canada, you can also call or text 988 to talk to someone, or as always call 911 for emergencies.
